bringing together experience gained over thirty
five years of residential agency and specialist
new homes and land agency knowledge, with
five
years spent on the other side of the fence
as Land and Sales Director with house builders.
This specialised service based on personal
attention, experience, expertise and professionalism,
provides
residential developers, house builders, land
owners and lending institutions with advise
from concept to completion in respect of residential
development.

FNAEA has primary responsibilities for over
seeing the day to day running of the firms various
New Homes developments, on site sales teams,
marketing and continuing to maintain the close
developer and client relationships that have
been established over the past 8 years.
A proud member of The National
Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), James achieved
the Grade of ‘Fellow’ in the year
2001 and also passed the NAEA ‘Certificate
of Practice in Estate Agency (CPEA) later the
same year. The professional qualification of
CPEA, involved the sitting of four separate
examinations, set by the NAEA, encompassing
all areas of Estate Agency, New Homes, Building
Construction and Legal Practise.
Being corporate members of both RICS and NAEA,
the firm is dedicated to upholding and promoting
the high standards of the professional and ethical
codes demanded by these professional bodies.
